How long will the ordering process take?

We aim to deliver your products promptly, depending on your location.

  • Across India: Delivery within 5-7 Business Days

What happens after you place your order?

Order Review (Within 24 Hours):

  • Our team manually reviews all orders for accuracy, including verifying customer information and shipping address.
  • During this stage, cancellations are still possible.

Order Fulfillment:

  • After the review, your order is processed for packaging, sorting, and dispatch.
  • Once the order enters this stage, no cancellations will be accepted.

Dispatch and Delivery:

  • All orders are shipped with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
  • Orders are dispatched via INDIA POST and other trusted courier partners.

Shipping within India

ArtBling delivers to all pin codes across India in collaboration with professional logistics providers, ensuring your products are handled with care and delivered on time.

Order Delivery:

  • Delivery typically takes 5-7 working days.
  • In rare cases, there may be unforeseen delays. You can track your order via the tracking details provided in your email.

  • For Cash On Delivery, you cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery. If the product is open, do not accept the order.

    Once a product is opened it can be returned, if completely unused – please refer to our return policy for more details about this.

  •  

    No credit/debit cards are accepted in Cash on Delivery.

Shipping Charges (India)

  • Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping
  • COD Orders: ₹125 (Shipping/Cash-handling charge)

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing:

  • A Tracking URL
  • Your AWB Number
