Cancellation, Returns, and Refund Policy
Order Cancellations
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders must be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing [your email] with the order number.
- Prepaid orders cannot be canceled once processed.
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
Returns & Exchanges
At ArtBling, we are committed to delivering high-quality ethnic and traditional Indian jewelry. We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference. However, exchanges will be processed only under the following conditions:
Exchange Eligibility
A product is eligible for exchange only if:
- A damaged product is received.
- A product is missing from the order.
- An incorrect product is received (different from what was ordered).
Exchange Process
- Customers must initiate an exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- To request an exchange, email [your email] with:
- Order Number
- Product details
- Issue (damage/missing/wrong product received)
- Mandatory unboxing video (required for all claims)
Once we verify the claim, we will either:
- Replace the product with the correct/damage-free item. (Additional Shipping charges may apply)
- If the product is unavailable, issue a discount coupon of equal value.
Conditions for Exchange Approval
- Mandatory Unboxing Video – A clear unboxing video is required as proof before opening the package.

Product Condition – The item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Free from scratches, damages, or alterations
- Returned with original packaging, invoice, and tags
- Timeframe – All requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Return & Refund Policy
- We do not offer cash refunds.
- If an exchange is approved, we will replace the product or issue a discount coupon of equal value.
- If an exchange request is not valid under the above conditions, it will not be accepted.
Return Process
If the return is due to a customer preference (and not a fault from our end):
- The customer must ship the product back at their own cost to our warehouse.
- Alternatively, we can arrange a reverse pickup (charges apply, which will be communicated upon request).
Steps to Return
- Email [your email] with your Order Number, Product Details, and Reason for Return.
- Our team will respond within 24-48 business hours with further instructions.
- Securely pack the product in its original packaging to avoid transit damage.
- If shipping the product yourself, share the courier tracking details with us. For reverse pickup, hand over the package to our courier partner once confirmed.
Processing & Issuance of Coupons
- Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a quality check.
- If approved, a discount coupon of equal value will be issued within 24-48 hours.
Coupon Terms & Conditions
- Valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- Can be applied to a purchase of equal or greater value.
- Cannot be split into multiple transactions.
- Non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotional coupons.
